Following a devastating fire that destroyed much of this important city centre site, Hook Mason were appointed to obtain planning and listed building consent to redevelop the properties whilst retaining the important historic façade of Alban House. Following many years of complex negotiations to find a viable use for this difficult site a mixed scheme of residential and commercial was agreed and Hook Mason worked closely with the developers and construction team to deliver a successful outcome. The completed scheme has greatly enhanced a once neglected historic site breathing new life into the city centre.
