2 Broadgate was formally the famous Tinley’s Café located in Cathedral Yard opposite Exeter Cathedral. The building is now occupied by Pizza Express with residential accommodation on the upper floors. Hook Mason were appointed by the owners to undertake extensive conservation repairs and refurbishment of this Grade II listed building.
