The listed entrance gates to Hill Court suffered significant damage from a vehicle impact. The iron gates and stone piers were carefully recorded and then dismantled to allow their reconstruction. Hook Mason prepared very detailed drawings and a specification of works for the reconstruction work, identifying as much of the original fabric to be retained as far as possible and limit the addition of new work. A specialist conservation contractor was appointed to undertake the work to an exceptional standard of craftsmanship.
