Centre MK is a Flagship store for WH Smith. We worked closely with the landlord’s Concept Designers to satisfy design principals.

Centre MK is a listed building, with listed structure and external finishes. This was a key constraint, as part of the scope was to create new entrances and shopfronts.

Working closely with the landlord’s team ensured that all the necessary permissions and consents were in place for works to begin.

In creating new shopfronts we were able to propose and deliver exciting solutions which differed from the traditional approach, allowing us to champion improving the brand and customer journey.
