Southampton General Hospital
Our experience in healthcare allowed us to understand the specific criteria when working in a controlled environment.
The hospital was undergoing major alterations simultaneously and therefore communication was critical to the safe delivery of the project.
The vacated retail unit was stripped out which involved controlled works due to historic materials in the fabric, which again was done closely and in complete consideration of the estates departments. This resulted in the shell unit being handed back to the hospital with all the necessary safety certificates in place for the building operational manuals.
