Hook Mason are appointed to WHSmith PLC as approved and dedicated external Architects and Retail Construction Project Managers assisting with retail delivery for both their High Street and Travel portfolios. Hook Mason provide a specialist Architectural team to work closely with WHSmith and their in-house store development managers to provide all aspects of the design process from start to completion and doors opening. This will include carrying out surveys, store layout planning, phasing of the work, detailed fit-out specifications, detailed drawings for construction, signage approval, landlord approvals and site monitoring of the construction process.
